Here are a few photos from my classes. I teach multiple formats and have the ability to choreograph and perform in all areas of the fitness triad - strength, cardiovascular and mind/body.
Like the title of a book by Bruce Lee, I truly enjoy the art of expressing the human body.
This class combines the beauty of ballet and aerial arts with fitness, suspension training and physical therapy. I love teaching this class that combines the rhythm of the drum with a suprisingly effective lower body workout.
